3. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Rivio for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Share your account credentials with others

4. User Accounts

When you create a Rivio account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You are solely responsible for your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

5. Account Suspension

Rivio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's availability, reliability, or functionality.

We do NOT guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any defects will be corrected
• The App will meet your expectations
• All features will remain available indefinitely

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rivio and its creators are not liable for:

• Any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your account
• Downtime or service interruptions
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Business interruption or loss of revenue
• Reliance on data or statistics provided by the App

You use Rivio at your own risk. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on data or tracking information from the App.

8. Your Responsibility for Data

You are solely responsible for your data. While we take reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute protection of your information.

We recommend:

• Using a strong, unique password
• Not sharing your account credentials
• Regularly backing up important data
• Keeping your device and app updated

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Rivio are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without permission.
